PUBLICATIONS
      My goodness.  I can hardly believe it has been almost ten years since my first publication.  I remember how excited, nervous and proud I was.  And of course Murphy's Law always rears it's ugly head.  That was the month that there was a problem getting Painting Magazine to Michael's, so the issue with my project "Luscious Lemons" wasn't there. I ordered several issues to give out to people, but that was all I could do.    
      I thank God for giving me the ability to work at designing.  Thanks to my hubby, Gene, for his support both emotionally and monetarily.  Lord knows I wouldn't be able to support myself with this, but it supports itself. I have to thank my dear friend Rachel Wright for having faith in my designs and introducing me to Sandy Kucyk, the editor of Painting Magazine at the time, and thanks to Sandy for giving me the chance to prove I could do it.  And of course, to all my friends and students who have had faith in me and telling me I could do it....THANKS SO MUCH!

In the magazine, only the rolling pin is featured with a ribbon on it for hanging a towel on.  Really cute. Editor's idea.  The rolling pin holder and the jar lids shown will be featured on the internet as a free project.
